こんにちは！

本日は、月に一度のMorning Run。
昨晩から天気が不安定でしたが、何とか持ちこたえてくれました！

まずは店舗で体操をしてから出発！

最近、福岡も寒くなってきているので、体をしっかりほぐしてから走りましょう！

店舗を出発して、大濠公園へ！
朝は雪もちらついてとても寒かったですね。

大濠公園では、今日は少し時間を短くして20分のフリーラン！

雨ニモ負ケズ、風ニモ負ケズ
みなさん強い風にも元気に走られていました！

店舗に帰るころには、天気もよくなりましたね！

店舗に帰り着いてからは、NIKE　FUKUOKAのマイページのご説明をしました。
マイページに登録することによって、受付やエントリーがよりスムーズになります！

今後、NRCに参加の際はNIKE FUKUOKAのマイページに登録が必要となります。
その際、NIKE+のアカウント登録も必要となりますのでそちらのご登録もお願いします。
